How long will it take for your product to be delivered?

Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
During peak seasons such as holidays or promotions, processing times may be longer.
Most orders are delivered within 10 working days after dispatch.
Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of placing the order.

Do we offer International Shipping?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to deliveries within India.

Is it possible to change the delivery address after the order has been placed?

Yes, you can request a change of address if the order has not yet left our fulfillment center.
However, once the product is shipped, we cannot make any changes to the delivery address.

Do we deliver to your city?

We deliver to most cities across India. In the unlikely event that delivery to your location is not possible, our team will contact you to inform you and arrange an alternative solution.

Cancellation & Returns Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Product Received?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it or refund the amount, depending on your preference. To raise a return or replacement query:

Email us at info@mhfoodproducts.com on the day of delivery.
Include an image of the product received for assessment.

Products deemed damaged will be reverse picked by our team. Upon receipt and verification of the product at our facility, we will initiate the refund or replacement process.
